Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention within our SaaS platform.
- Use CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot to track interactions, resolve issues, and provide insightful reports to both clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to address client feedback, troubleshoot challenges, and facilitate seamless onboarding.
- Proactively identify opportunities for customers to optimize use of our software and ensure successful product adoption.
- Deliver clear, effective communication remotely to solve problems, share best practices, and foster a strong sense of partnership.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in customer success or client relationship management, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building trust and rapport remotely.
