- Utilise CRM software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk to manage and track customer interactions efficiently.
- Work proactively with the UK-based support team to resolve issues, answer questions, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to assist customers in navigating challenges and providing clear guidance.
- Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously while adhering to response time targets and quality standards.
- Participate in regular remote team meetings, training sessions, and feedback opportunities aiming at continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to offer clear and empathetic customer interactions.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks independently in a remote work setting.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar platforms is highly desirable.
