  • Utilise CRM software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk to manage and track customer interactions efficiently.
  • Work proactively with the UK-based support team to resolve issues, answer questions, and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to assist customers in navigating challenges and providing clear guidance.
  • Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously while adhering to response time targets and quality standards.
  • Participate in regular remote team meetings, training sessions, and feedback opportunities aiming at continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to offer clear and empathetic customer interactions.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks independently in a remote work setting.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail in a part-time role.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and available to work flexible part-time hours from home.
