- Review and reconcile billing discrepancies, working proactively to resolve errors or denials promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of patient billing data, ensuring data entry accuracy and confidentiality according to UK healthcare regulations.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to clarify billing issues and verify information.
- Collaborate with the team to improve billing workflows, ensuring smooth remote operations within the Talinzo framework.

Qualifications & Skills
