Key Responsibilities
- Coach clients one-on-one and in group settings to identify and implement easy ways to make money and improve overall financial health.
- Develop and deliver personalized financial plans emphasizing budgeting strategies, money management tips, and passive income streams tailored to individual goals.
- Create engaging content and resources on financial independence, including articles, workshops, and digital media, aligned with client needs and company values.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal finance tools and apps to effectively guide clients in selecting and maximizing their use.
- Track client progress and adapt coaching approaches to ensure measurable improvements in financial literacy and money management outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and client coaching with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills to clearly and empathetically convey financial concepts and motivate clients towards financial independence.
- Digital literacy, including hands-on experience with personal finance software and budgeting apps.
- Deep understanding of passive income streams and practical money management tips applicable to diverse client needs.
- Relevant certifications in finance, coaching, or related fields are highly desirable.
