- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries by consulting relevant documentation or liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure error-free records.
Qualifications
- Proven data entry accuracy demonstrated by previous roles or assessments, with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data sorting, enabling efficient handling of large datasets.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms, with the ability to navigate and input data confidently.
