Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture remote client relationships by proactively engaging with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track customer interactions, monitor account health, and update client data accurately.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer success or client relationship management within a remote or hybrid work environment.
