  • Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously while prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements.
  • Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Participate in remote onboarding and continuous training sessions to stay updated on product features and company processes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically in a remote setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management with a focus on problem-solving and maintaining positive client interactions.
