Key Responsibilities

- Create clear, insightful reports and dashboards presenting complex survey findings in an accessible manner for diverse audiences.
- Identify patterns and trends within survey datasets to inform business strategies and highlight potential opportunities for clients.
- Maintain rigorous documentation and organisation of all survey data processing steps to ensure reproducibility and compliance with data governance policies.
- Continuously update skills on market research techniques and remote collaboration practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Market Research, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
- Proficiency with statistical software such as SPSS, advanced Excel functions, and R for data analysis and visualisation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data errors and inconsistencies during survey management.
- Experience managing and analysing survey data remotely, including familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and cloud-based data platforms.
