Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, clear, and knowledgeable support to Amazon customers through various communication channels including chat, email, and calls.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently while adhering strictly to Amazon’s customer service standards and policies.
  • Utilise CRM software such as Zendesk and Salesforce to log interactions, track issues, and follow up on pending customer cases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon products, services, policies, and system updates to provide accurate assistance.
  • Contribute feedback from customers to help improve internal processes and customer experience.
  • Manage workload effectively to meet or exceed daily performance targets while maintaining quality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education or customer service certifications are a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support roles, ideally within ecommerce or retail customer service environments.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s customer service standards and policies is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive or challenging customer situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar tools for case management.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering clear solutions and positive outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
