As an IT Support Specialist with us, you will play a critical role in providing expert remote IT support to our diverse client base, ensuring efficient troubleshooting, seamless network administration, and maintaining high service standards in a fully virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote IT support to end-users, resolving technical issues relating to hardware, software, and network systems promptly and efficiently.
- Perform detailed troubleshooting across Windows and Linux operating systems, both locally and via remote tools.
- Manage network administration tasks, including monitoring network performance, configuring routers and switches, and ensuring network security compliance.
- Support cloud-based infrastructure and services, primarily on AWS and Microsoft Azure platforms, assisting with user access, configuration, and incident resolution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support cases, processes, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Provide high-quality customer service by communicating technical information clearly and patiently to users of varying IT proficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.

- Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in providing remote IT support, including troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency with network administration and familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure services.
- Preferred Certifications: Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent industry credentials.
- Additional Skills: Strong customer service orientation, ability to document technical processes clearly, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
