Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support Cisco network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, within remote environments.
- Perform proactive network troubleshooting and remote diagnostics to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Manage and monitor secure VPN connections and firewall policies to protect network integrity.
- Utilize remote network monitoring tools to track performance metrics and detect potential issues before they impact business operations.
