  • Assist with monthly data reviews and reporting tasks to support operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate respectfully with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient data management processes.
  • Operate numeric keypads and Microsoft Office Suite tools effectively during data entry and related tasks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and reporting data inconsistencies or process enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles with an emphasis on typing accuracy and data management.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, for database and document handling.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with a strong focus on precision.
  • Experience using numeric keypads efficiently to input numerical data.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with good organisational and time management skills.
  • Minimum of a GCSE or equivalent qualification is preferred, reflecting the standard UK education system.
